Although we try to accommodate your requests for an early check-in, it’s not always possible, depending on how full the lodge or cottages were the night before and how quickly our guests check out in the morning. It’s a good idea to call the lodge the evening before or the morning of your arrival to see if they can give you an idea of how early you can check in.

We’re glad you want to linger at our parks! As long as the lodge is not sold out and we do not need your room, an extra hour for check-out is allowed. Cancellations do occur; however, they can occur at random and you may have limited success in obtaining the dates and accommodations desired. If your first choice is not available, rather than scheduling your vacation around the possibility of a cancellation, we suggest checking alternate dates instead. Why can’t I find my reservation through the website reservation system?
Currently our online reservation system will only allow modifications or cancellations to reservations initially booked on our website.
